It’s really no surprise United Backyard Wrestling, Inc. owner Gregory Stevens has made many announcements this evening. One of the announcements in which the owner and operator of UBW has made is that the company will no longer officially recognize the Albuquerque and Lightweight Championship reigns.
This comes almost as a shock to many, but yet others believe it was only time before this occurred. Stevens was quoted saying only this, “The Championships [Alb & Lightweight] have put a black smudge on our history and I will not accept it no longer.”
